NEW REPAIR SETS FOR OPEL
In many cases technically matured repair solutions are a professional and cost efficient
alternative for well known weak points in the exhaust system.
Also many OPEL models are susceptible to corrosion at the cutting point of middle and
end silencer. In order to solve this problem, ERNST is now offering repair sets, by
means of which the replacement of a still intact silencer can be avoided. Simply cut off
old tube ends and weld new ones – a rapid and easy solution.
No more porous moulded rubber parts:

Whether pipe connectors with minimal leak rates or asbestos-free sealings - mounting technology in premium-quality has been the focus at ERNST for years. The changeover of the most common moulded rubber parts to EPDM is a further logical step in this direction.
Workshops complained more and more frequently about time-consuming and cost-intensive problems caused by porous and cracked moulded rubber parts. ERNST analyzed the problem and found a first-rate alternative to common natural rubber: the high-perfomance material and synthetic ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, EPDM for short.
